We have three different self-catering accommodation options, all with their own private entrance so you can come and go at your own leisure. You can easily nip to the pub which is just next door and enjoy a meal and a pint of fine real ale.
The Flat
Sleeps 2/4
The main living area is a modern open plan space, which retains typical Lakeland features and the bedroom has recently been stylishly refurbished. With an unfenced outdoor seating area with stunning views of the Eskdale valley.
The main living area has a electric log stove, TV, double sofa bed, dining room and kitchen equipped with electric hob, grill and cooker, fridge, microwave. Double bedroom, bathroom with large corner bath with a shower over it, wash basin, and toilet.
Pets welcome at £15 a pet.
The Cabin

The Cabin offers self-catering accommodation in a modern luxury self-contained caravan. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has amazing views to Eskdale and the surrounding fells, and it is an ideal base for exploring the fells, rivers, lakes and tarns of this beautiful corner of the Lake District.
With its own private entrance you can come and go at your own leisure, taking in the views with a glass of wine from your own secluded newly decked patio area. The Cabin is a brand new modern caravan. The main living area in the Cabin is light and airy, with great views out to Eskdale and the fells beyond. The living area has a double and a single sofa bed, TV with DVD player and electric fire.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a floor-to-ceiling fridge-freezer, gas cooker, hob and grill, microwave and storage space.? There are two bedrooms; the master double bedroom has an en-suite toilet and there is also a small twin room with two singles.
There is also a double and single sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom has a WC, basin and shower.
The decking outside has superb views over the Eskdale fells - the perfect place for an evening meal or drink as the Summer sun goes down.
The Cabin is all on one level, with steps leading up to the front door. Sorry no pets allowed.
The Apartment

The main living area of the apartment is a modern open plan space, but retains typical Lakeland features such as oak beams, an open fireplace and an impressive wooden staircase leading up to a traditional mezzanine bedroom (double). There is also a TV with DVD player.
The dining room area has a large wooden table that sits eight people comfortably.
Next to this is the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric cooker and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
There are three more bedrooms; The master double bedroom is light and airy and has an en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and a bath with a hand held shower attachment.
There is also a lovely twin room, which has also been newly refurbished, and a bunk room with a set of adult bunks.
The bathroom has a WC, basin and a large corner bath
with a shower over it.

- Oil Fired Heating. (Gas in the cabin)
- Electricity and heating included in the price.
- The beds will be made up for you.
- You need to remember to bring your own towels.
- An initial wood supply is provided; any additional baskets can be bought at the pub. (Apartment only)
- The cottages are non-smoking.
- Pets welcome at £15 per pet.
- Eskdale has an 'orange' mast for mobile reception.
Taken together, they can accommodate groups of up to 16/18 people - after a day out enjoying the most beautiful of the Lakeland valleys you can meet up in the bar or restaurant.
